ElevatorSelect is an independent matching and referral service. ElevatorSelect does not perform elevator maintenance, modernization, repair, inspection, testing, engineering, installation, or other regulated elevator work.

No contractor relationship

Any contractor introduced through ElevatorSelect is an independent third party. ElevatorSelect does not control or guarantee the contractor's work, pricing, availability, licensing, insurance, proposal terms, or performance.

User responsibility

Building owners and managers are responsible for independently evaluating contractors and confirming licenses, approvals, insurance, qualifications, and contractual terms.
